  Tried to call to change our order. Tried multiple times. Nobody answered. Kept getting a busy signal. Not happy at all.

  Had a very bad visit on June 12, 2016. Waitress couldn't be bothered with seating us. She just yelled from across the dining room to just sit at any table. Then it took her 10 minutes to take our drink order but never furnished us with menus. After walking up to get our own menu, it was another 15 minutes before she took our order. The entire time she never seemed to crack a smile. It was as if serving us was a huge ordeal. Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was made incorrectly. I had to walk up front to inform them that our order was wrong. They brought the new pizza which, was wrong yet again. Barely any cheese on it and no pepperoni. It was not very busy at all. I was hoping to locate a manager or even an assisted manager, but none could be found. We were never asked if our food was ok or if we needed refills. When we asked for a box our waitress finally smiled, smugly, and happily handed us a box. Good thing I had a 50% coupon, but what a shame that I left hungrier than when I entered the place.

  I absolutely love their lunch buffet. Our server was always out to do whatever she could to make your meal wonderful. They also have buffet a few nights a week. Keep it up Pizza Hut!!
