  Never get the order wrong, and I've been going there for years. Only problem I have is they don't give you a fork if you have been there more then once.

  Let me start off with i used to eat here on a regular, until last night. i placed a order of 6 egg rolls, a large hot and sour soup, large order of chicken fried rice, crab rangoons, well first thing we noticed was my egg rolls were so burnt. we were mad, we called right away when i seen that. we tell them what happen and she said we will give you $3 dollar credit. it was 3.50 just for two of them. she was on the phone with my husband and was very snooty so he hung up. so i figured i would try something else. the soup was still hot so i put it in another bowl to cool off, i picked up the fried rice, i looked OK, but felt it and it was barely warm. another thing on the list. only thing left was soup. took 3 bites, (to insure it wasn't my taste buds) but they all tasted watered down. by this time the store is closed. i go up this morning taking ALL the food except the soup i had poured into another bowl and requested my money back. she refused and kept calling me a liar and arguing in front of other customers and dragging them into this problem. i kept telling her all i want is my money back. she kept saying no no no no and continuing to call me i a liar, i asked for someone above her she said she was the owner... really and you are calling customers liars and being confrontational in front of other customers? she gave me $7 dollars back and as i was walking out the door she yelled "if you want to be cheap you should order from somewhere else. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SOOO POORLY! i work in the food industry and i know how frustrating some customers are. but i didn't come in being rude to her and she instantly called me a liar! never will i eat from this location again. and i would advise everyone to check their food before you leave or the driver leaves or you will be out $30 that you work your ass off for! because to them everyone is a liar!

  Ive went here many times. The food is good. The service well they can be short and rude. If they deliver the wrong thing they will bring you the correct item but want the other food back. That bothered me a little bit wondering what they were going to do with it and if they have ever brought me food that went to someone else house.

  Maybe it was just bad night for them or something. this was my first time eating their food. I got pork with mixed Chinese vegetables. I guess I was misinformed as to what Chinese vegetables meant. I got poorly sautéed green peppers and onions, and the pork was still pink and tasted raw. I'm pretty sure I was also given minute rice as it has a distinct texture and flavor. The sauce itself wasn't too bad, actually quite tasty. Overall I wasn't really impressed. But considering that this place has 3.5 stars, maybe some things on the menu aren't too bad.
